The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 2013 Induction Nominees have been announced with a new twist.  For the first time, fans will be able to vote for the nominees and help choose the next inductees. According to The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, “The top five artist, as selected by the public, will comprise a ‘fans’ ballot’ that will be tallied along with the other ballots to choose the 2013 inductees. Those that are selected …will be announced later this year.” Voting started on October 4, and will run until December 5, 2012.
