CAMPUS LIFE HOSTS CLUB EXPO
ENCOURAGING INVOLVEMENT
Excitement and music were in the air at Flo Valley this week with the Fall Club Expo sponsored by Campus Life. The event is one of the first of the semester targeted to get students involved in campus based organizations. With over 40 clubs and organizations on campus there is something for everyone. KCFV 89.5 The Wave provided entertainment with music and lots of energy. With free food and drink, Flo Valley students enjoyed learning about the 23 clubs who participated in the event.
One of the big surprises of the day was when the campus top administrators took the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Crowds gathered around in anticipation of President Ruby Curry, Vice President of Academic Affairs Carol Lupardus and Vice President of Student Services Joe Worth taking on the chill.
It's not too late to sign up for clubs. Simply stop by the Campus Life office to learn about how to get involved and sign up in the Student Center.
