Bad boy Will Smith and Margot Robbie (Wolf Of Wall Street) star in the new romantic dark comedy Focus that was released February 27th. Directors Glenn Ficarra and John Requa left viewers with one's eyes peeled as Nicky Sprugeon (Willl Smith) and Jess Barret (Margot Robbie) commit mind illusion theft crusades.
The plot surrounds Nicky Sprugeon, a well experienced grifter, who meets Jess Barret in a robbery gone wrong. After identifying the robbery before it even got started Spurgeon is offered a task by Jess Barret to teach her the tricks of the masterminded trade. Just as Barret is taken under his wing and is unaware that she was in the middle of a tricky robbery Spurgeon drops her as his romantic interest and con partner. Three years later, they meet up again in a fraud task worth up to 23 million dollars and possibly a life.
Focus is a 123 minute roller coaster ride of suspense and adrenaline as it explores a world that is unknown to good samaritans. Together Will Smith and Margot Robbie execute an impressive performance as a modern day Bonnie and Clyde. Focus will likely interest thrill seekers who enjoy cracking the code.
